Tokyo Nocturne is a video dance party that focuses on Visual Kei, J-Rock, and J-Goth music, bringing together people interested in alternative Japanese subcultures.

This edition will feature a Dir En Grey spotlight, playing their music and videos more than usual, and DJ Latex Doll will be joining resident DJ Mind Fractation.
