TOKTO NOCTURNE is a video dance party with DJ MIND FRACTATION that focuses on Visual Kei, J-Rock, and J-Goth music, bringing together people interested in alternative Japanese subcultures.

The theme for this month will center around Kurofuku kei & Nagoya kei bands. Both subgenres focus on darker and moodier concepts, with “kurofuku” translating literally to “black clothing”, and Nagoya kei originating from bands in the Nagoya region who are particularly gloomy and theatrical in nature.
